I used only obj and fbx export. The obj gives mtl file while fbx gives nothing with it. Could you tell how I can get the texture file? 

If you could add a option that allowed the materials to be made into texture png during export. Software like Buildbox only import the mesh from from fbx and requires the texture to be in png. Currently, I have to make UV map in blender and bake a texture file from it(takes some time).

I am using the Asset Forge 2 B update. The specs of my laptop are i5 8300h and 1050 ti. The vsync helped the temperature to decrease. Thanks.

Why does my laptop get so hot using this application. I use blender and unity but it never got this hot.
